Aidan Newhall

Aidan is the Founder and CEO of Golden Grove, bringing over a decade of experience in the behavioral health and recovery field. His work is shaped by both professional expertise and his own recovery journey, allowing him to offer a grounded, empathetic, and highly relatable approach to care.
He integrates evidence-based practices with individualized support to help clients build stability, develop resilience, and create lasting change. As a leader, Aidan is committed to building strong teams and cultivating environments that promote accountability, personal growth, and long-term wellbeing.
Recognizing a gap in accessible, high-quality virtual support within the mental health space, Aidan founded Golden Grove to expand access to care for those in need. He brought together a dedicated team aligned with this mission, focused on meeting clients where they are and supporting meaningful, lasting progress.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in related studies and continues to stay actively engaged in the evolving landscape of behavioral health and recovery support.
Carrie Atkinson
Carrie is the Clinical Director at Golden Grove, bringing extensive
experience in the treatment of mental health and addiction recovery.
She has worked across a range of clinical settings and leadership
roles, developing a thoughtful, client-centered approach to care.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Drug and
Alcohol Counselor, Carrie integrates evidence-based practices such as
CBT with strength-based, narrative, and supportive therapies. Her
approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for
each individual’s lived experience. She is passionate about helping
clients reframe their stories, build on their existing strengths, and
develop practical tools for lasting change.
With a foundation rooted in both clinical training and personal
recovery, Carrie brings a unique depth of understanding to her work.
She is committed to creating a supportive environment where
individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

Andrew Hocking
Andrew is the Executive Director at Golden Grove, bringing a strategic, mission-driven approach to care grounded in both professional training and lived experience. He focuses on delivering high-quality, accessible mental health treatment that integrates evidence-based practices with a whole-person approach.
His leadership emphasizes structure, accountability, and meaningful engagement, while supporting individuals in building emotional resilience and long-term stability. Andrew holds a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Psychology and continues his clinical training in Marriage and Family Therapy.
